This site does not collect Personal Data.

The Italianlearning.org site carries out activities exclusively for personal use and is managed by a physical person, without connections with commercial or professional activities.

For this reason, the site falls into the categories excluded from the obligation to comply with the EU Regulation 2016/679, known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), concerning the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing and free circulation of personal data.

Nevertheless, a series of actions have been taken to adapt this site to the aforementioned regulations. The changes have eliminated or adapted to the regulations all the tools capable of saving user data. In detail:

  • The contact form has been discontinued,
  • The website‘s comment form has been discontinued,
  • The third–party service that provided the possibility of commenting on the site‘s articles has been discontinued,
  • Plugins and Widgets that allowed integration with Social Networks have been disabled,
  • The visitor analysis system has been discontinued

The site also uses Technical Cookies, with the purpose of allowing the functioning of the CMS (Wordpress) used for its management. In particular, a session cookie is managed which does not collect Personal Data.
